is Jeddah’s major landmark since 1980. Because the fountain can reach up to 312 meters, it was listed in the Guinness World Records to be the highest in the world. It was King Fahad bin Abdul Aziz who gave Jeddah this magnificent fountain and so the landmark was coined after his majesty.

Masjid An-Nabi


has popular names like Al-Madina, An-Nabi, Prophet’s Mosque and City of the Prophet. As of today, it is now simply called as Medina. After Masjid Al Haram, this is the next holiest place for Muslims. It is built by the prophet Muhammad. Since two of the most sacred places for Muslims are located in Saudi Arabia, the country is also known as “The Land of Two Holy Mosques”.
